The Emergency Center previously relied on paper-based meetings, causing high paper waste, slow document sharing, difficult archiving and low efficiency. To support digital government, environmental protection and efficient emergency command, it upgraded to an intelligent paperless conference system.

- 15.6-inch + 10.1-inch dual-screen ultra-thin lift terminals: Front touch screen for conference operation; rear screen displays participant info; retractable to keep desktop tidy.
- Intelligent control host: High-performance server ensuring stable and smooth system running.
- Networked signal processing system: Digital audio & video interaction, lossless LAN transmission, real-time large-screen synchronization, supporting cameras and remote conference access.
